Visual Affects Research Survey

We are looking for participants in a small survey that looks at art and emotion. The findings will help in adapting the graphics of the ‘In a State’ interface to achieve ultimate emotional expressiveness. The artist Adinda van ‘t Klooster has created a range of abstract graphics that are meant to represent one of the following eight emotions: happy, sad, tender, annoyed, angry, scared, excited and calm. You will be presented with 32 images consecutively and asked to rate each drawing in terms of emotion expressed using a slider interface. The data will remain anonymous and may be used for research purposes. By participating in the survey you are consenting to us using the findings in articles, papers and book chapters. You can stop at any point if you wish to do so, however, unfinished surveys will not be included in the findings.
